Keep reading to learn how these updates help you export your data into Google Sheets and create reliable reports and dashboards for your team.
Export your team’s task and interaction data into Google Sheets
In addition to exporting pipeline data like boxes, contacts, and organizations, you can now export data from your call logs and meeting notes to better understand how team interactions impact deal progress and success.
Exporting interaction data for top-performing reps helps you identify patterns, like whether a higher volume of calls and meetings leads to more closed deals or faster sales cycles. These insights can help refine sales strategies, optimize team workflows, and improve coaching efforts.
Access to task and call log data from your CRM allows you to create any number of custom reports, including:
Tasks marked completed by team member each week
Leaderboard of calls completed each week, by team member
Overdue tasks that each team member currently has outstanding
Set precise filters to export exactly the data you need
Streak captures a wealth of data as your team works on deals. With new filtering options, you can now set precise date ranges and choose only the data that matters—ensuring cleaner, more targeted data for your reports.
Choose your data source
Instead of exporting your entire pipeline, new data source options let you be more specific about which deals you want to see.
You can now choose to export:
All deals in pipeline
Selected boxes (using the check box in pipeline view)
Deals included in a saved view segment
This gives you greater flexibility to analyze specific opportunities and track progress in key areas to generate more actionable insights.
Select date ranges
Select date ranges for your export to report on your data monthly, quarterly, or at other frequencies.
This allows you to track trends over time, compare performance across different periods, and measure progress toward key goals. By aligning exports with your reporting cycles, you can generate more relevant insights and make data-driven decisions with up-to-date information.
Schedule exports and automate data refreshes [coming soon!]
Eliminate manual exports and keep your data fresh with scheduled exports. Schedule exports daily, weekly, or monthly so your KPI dashboards always reflect the latest CRM insights—no extra effort needed.
Schedule exports to Google Sheets to create reports and dashboards or use Google Sheets as a live data source for tools like Tableau and Looker Studio. This automates your data connection with fresh, accurate information for reporting and decision-making.
Once you’ve scheduled an export, you can easily manage the schedule—view, pause, delete, or track export history—for complete control over your data.
Previously, newsfeed data—the history of your team’s CRM activity—could only be exported as a CSV, making it difficult to keep reports up to date. Now, you can schedule newsfeed exports directly to Google Sheets and update an existing sheet with new data. This ensures your data automatically refreshes on a regular schedule.
Schedule newsfeed exports to track real-time activity, like:
Updates to deal stages or other important CRM fields
Team interactions
Assignments and changes to deal ownership
With scheduled newsfeed exports, teams can analyze patterns in deal progress, measure sales rep activity, and spot bottlenecks in their pipeline. Managers get a clearer view of how deals move through the CRM, helping them identify trends, optimize workflows, and improve team performance.
Join your data tables with box keys
Now, every exported deal includes a box key, making it easy to join different tables of data for more comprehensive analysis.
Instead of working with isolated spreadsheets, you can link deal records with interactions and pipeline activity like call logs, meeting notes, tasks, and other team activity to create a complete view of your pipeline.
Joinable data allows teams to create more powerful reports in Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or Tableau without manual data wrangling.
Get notified when your export is ready
No more waiting or checking manually—now, you'll receive a notification email as soon as your export is complete. The email includes a direct link to your Google Sheet export so you can access your updated data immediately. If you prefer, you can also download the export as a CSV file with a single click.
